CUSP: This league is set up for individual registration for youth players who are interested in trying out for CUSP/YCC and there is NO FEE to Try-out.  The CUSP season cost is aproximately $1,050 and includes Flights, Hotels, Practice, Coaching, and much MORE!!

Try-Out:

Flying Pig/Piglet: Thursday, March 14, 6:30-8:30pm, Mason Football Turf; Saturday, March 16, 9am-12pm, Mason Intermediate School Grass.

Bullseye first event plus Flying Pig/Piglet additional practice/try-outs to meet quota:  Thursday, April 25, 6:30-8:30pm MIS Grass; Saturday, April 27, 9am-12pm MES Grass (Coordinate with the coaches if you can not make primary try-outs in March)

The Cincinnati Ultimate Select Program (CUSP) takes Ultimate seriously and has fun doing it.  CUSP is a great way to improve your game.  This year, we will field three teams: U20 Boys (Flying Pig), U20 Mixed (Bullseye) and U17 Boys (Flying Piglet) and plan to take them to compete at the USA Ultimate Youth Club Championships (YCC), Aurora (Denver), CO.

CUSP is looking for dedicated players, regardless of current high school affiliation with good athletic and ultimate skills, who have a sincere desire to improve their game and are willing to work hard to contribute to the success of our CUSP teams. We believe hard work builds character, increases our overall skill and helps build camaraderie through shared experience. Summer practices include conditioning workouts to promote speed and overall physical condition.  A significant amount of time is dedicated to fine tuning individual techniques and learning advanced offensive and defensive tactics.

Flying Pig and Bullseye are for players born in 2005 or younger.  Flying Piglet is for players born in 2008 or younger. 

There will be a 45 minute parents meeting Jun 4, 7-7:45 for those selected for a team. Jun 6 is a make-up day if weather is bad or a parent cannot make Jun 4.

Teams will practice Jun 4 - Jul 30 on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30-8:30.  Additionally, we will practice four to five Saturdays from 9-noon, Dates TBD.  For those not selected or unable to travel to YCCs, there may be opportunities to practice with their age appropriate team.

Prior to beginning this league/open play/evaluation, players must have all appropriate forms completed. All waivers and medical releases must be completed online. Players, under 18, must be listed under a parent’s account, and the parent must sign the waiver and fill out the medical release for their children. We will not accept paper waivers. If you played in the YUC league, you should be complete.
